When pressed for a statement, he wrote:
"I want my life to be well-crafted, to have a bit of humour mingled with meaningful moments, to reference & remember the past which has brought us to this point, and to take it forward into the unknown.
I think if I can make my art contain these elements, my life will follow suit."
